Star Student

You know the type or perhaps you are just like him.  He reads all the right books, starts drinking coffee in high school, has sports awards, and knows all the answers.  His teachers really like him, his parents think he is a true winner, and the list goes on.  Even with all of these over achieving qualities, you still admire him and you are happy to call him a good friend.   Well, most of the time anyway.

I created this painting with acrylics on canvas.  And, no he didn’t help me paint this.  He’s an amalgam.  But, he was kind enough to hang one of my other paintings on his wall next to his trophies.  I hope it brings a smile to your face.
